Returns We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them for a refund (which will be issued to the original card/Paypal account used). Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving them. You should follow the procedure below. - In Person You can return the item/ items in person to our store. - By Post You can return items to us including Delivery Note (or a copy) within 28 days of receipt. Once we receive your return instore - your item will be refunded within 2 working days. Card refunds will then take a further 2-3 working days to be processed by the banks and Paypal refunds will be immediate.
