Rust-Oleum Satin Metal Expert Paint is a water-based metal paint that uses the very latest paint technology to provide a corrosion resistant finish that can be applied to any metal surface (including directly to rust) without the need for a primer. A primer, undercoat and topcoat in 1, suitable for both interior and exterior use. Containing a rust-inhibitive additive, the water-based formula is lead, chromate and zinc-free. Apply directly to bare, previously painted or rusted ferrous metal. For non-ferrous and galvanised metal prime first with a suitable primer. Can also be used on suitably primed plastic and wood surfaces.

Surface Preparation - Remove oil, grease and all other surface contamination by cleaning with appropriate detergents. Remove loose rust by scraping and wire brushing or sanding.

Instructions for Use - Stir thoroughly prior to use. Apply 1-2 coats of product with a suitable brush or roller.
